Drop 04 started with a jacket left in a storage unit in Lyon and three hours of conversation about repair culture. We pulled the archive liner, recut it in raw-edge waxed canvas, and rebuilt the entire collection around that one decision — garments that age into themselves, that accumulate instead of degrade.
